Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Hardware

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all nozzles, heaters, and sensors are protected from static and physical damage.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the integrity of the components, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
